How to request deletion

If you would like to permanently delete your Sakan account and all associated personal data (profile information, property listings you posted, and any uploaded images), you can request this in either of the following ways:

1. In-app: Open Sakan → Menu → Contact Us, and send us a message titled "Delete my account" from the email address linked to your account.
2. By email: Send a deletion request directly to sakan@sakanrealestate.org

Please include the email address or phone number used to sign in, so we can locate and verify your account.

What gets deleted

• Your account credentials (email/login) from Firebase Authentication
• Your profile information
• Property listings and images you have published
• Any inquiry messages tied to your account

When you request deletion, we will deactivate your account immediately. We then retain your data for 6 months to ensure there are no pending complaints or issues. After this 6-month period, your data is permanently and completely deleted from our systems. Some information may be retained for a limited time where required by law (e.g., fraud prevention or legal obligations), after which it will also be deleted.
